Customers can scan a QR code that is unique for the business, fill out information on an easy to use form and submit feedback. Business Owners or their respective customer care department uses a state of the art ashboard that lists all of their reviews in a simple manner. Both parties can communicate freely without any hassle and delay. We provide chat on reviews; taking special care for the Privacy of the customer. Cissur Mobile Apps are available for both Apple and Android phones.
